Smoky car

Well I keep getting white smoke out, its real smoky at startup, then gets a little better when its warm, but it still smokes. It stinks of fuel, (not oil or coolant). But fuel. what settings could be causing this?

Hey , I'm new, but have been reading this forum for a long time. I had the same problem with my car after I installed a new turbo and manifold. Ended up being the flow change through the manifold required me to modify the ignition curve slightly, I was getting late ignition at idle and just off idle because of the flow increase through the manifold. Double check the base timming and go from there. Also might want to verify the error log isn't throwing any errors.
