runs rough when vacume on map lt10s x4

I have a micro tech Lt 10s x4
Everything was running. Fine until some rubbing action occurred on my spark plug cable and arced to the 12v cable going to the coil packs. Damages now fixed

Fixed the Problem.

Discovered water got in my map sensor... My water meth system had a short some where, that when I kill the batteri power the pump starts... hmmm??. THats how it got water in the vacume line leading to my ecu..
Dried my ecu and lines rerouted that vacume line and fixed the short

NOW my red light flashes RPM~ERROR. EFR~ERROR
I never had this problem before,
i made a new loom for my x4 cables and away from engine harness loom
Crank angle sensor cables as far away as possible from alternator.

Everything seemed fiine on the lap top, my Budd erased the error codes, even while cranking map sensor reads vac n starts but goes lean and dies I only kept it alive above 3k rpm

BUT when I disconnect vacume line it fires up on te second attempt, holds iddle but sounds A bit rough. i can move the car around..

ONCE I connect the vacume line iddle seems to sound about Right for a sec then it dies out n goes lean, red light flashes RPM~ERROR. EFR~ERROR

Even with the red light flashing and no vac line now car starts and iddles I can even rev and and my wide band goes pig rich

My questions are would this be he symptoms of a bad map sensor ??

If needed to be replaced is there a shop or some one else who can perform this service besides Microtech??

RPM error-- engine has tripped over a setpoint and flashes alarm,, i bet it sees silly fictional rpm on cranking

REF- see above , it cant count the teeth and calculate when to time , CAS fault or CAS wiring fault

or extreme RFI from noisy ignition system

Thanks bump start.
Started up the car and kept I alive above 3k rpm

Had my Budd erase my codes and crank the pulse on the primarys on idle and bam no more codes and iddle fine until leaned out,
Switched over to another set of primaries (rc750) and iddles amazing in till it was too rich on y wide band so may have to have my Budd turn down the puls
And toss the old injectors in the garbage... (Since they where cleaned about 8 months ago and finally took a ship)
