I've seen many of maps on the forum and I'm using a microtech lt8s in screen 31 everyone has the input trigger set to +POS. I'm running MSD boxes does that have anything to do with the way mine is set up to input trig -neg?

input should be pos and spark should be neg. as far as i nw it shouldnt make a difference what coils u run.
