Whenever im running the microtech with my laptop after i start it disconnects whenever i get on WOT.Sometimes i even get a message on my laptop that its shuting down and i have to restart it. Im using microsoft windows XP, can that be the problem since i can only configure the microtech to work with windows 2000?

 

Same thing was happening to me, ended up being interferance from the plug leads. Changed the leads & it worked again.

 

What do you mean by plug leads?
