Microtech MTX-8 on TII harness S4 vert...

MTX-8 on TII harness S4 vert...

I'm having a problem with this car been through it for the past 3 weeks. I bought the engine it was in a TII with the harness. The engine is ported and the stock ECU wouldnt take/ run the engine. The engine would start for almost 4 seconds and shut down on Stock ecu and N/A harness. So I reinstalled the Microtech MTX-8 with the TII harness again. The original owner of the set up told me I had to plug in the stock ECU and I would be good. The green light comes on and red light comes on when I try to start the car, the yellow light flashes then cranking. So my question basically is, can I run the TII harness on my Vert or do I have to rewire it to my N/A harness due to theres a few plugs not on the body harness that is on the TII engine harness. If I can run it why is it just cranking and not firing? I need to know, I need my car up and running now. I dont have the pocket tuner or the dongle when I bought the ECU and engine...

Ok Got her to fire up with brake clean in the vacuum port on the Intake Manifold but it's like the Microtech is not sending fuel to the injectors but the fuel is flowing any ideals. FPR installed correctly it Jumps to 60psi when cranking what is the deal I need help!!!

Got her to run last night! She pretty damn quick now. She started to over heat so I had to shut her down I think I cracked my radiator at the seam last night during the test drive. Is it common that none of the dash works right besides, fuel gauge Tach and Speedo? The problem was I didnt finish my wiring harness. There was some wires I needed to pull from the stock harness to the ecu. After that she fired right up and now she idles at 3300 RPM. How can I fix that I was adjusting the throttle cable and it didnt really drop the idle down any...
