more wiring questions with microtech on my FD

Hey guys, im in a little rut right now. I have most of the harness that microtech provided wired up, so thats not the problem. Im just a little scared that i will remove something i need. I want to make sure everything That worked on the car before, works now. So, i am wondering what are the 10 wires that are leading torward the rear of the car above the transmission? Do they need to be connected to something. If so, what am i supposed to connect them to? Also, what do i do with all the wires that came off the stock ecu that lead to non engine stuff.

Also, if i cut the entire engine wiring diagram out of the car, what will be affected? IM contemplating this just for simplicity, but dont want to lose stuff like cruise control, my speedo, or anything else of that sort?

one last question. Other then the electric fans is there any other use for aux out?

Hi,

Hope that the following will solve your questions somewhat.

The connectors on top/side of the tranny have 2 cables for the speedo an orange one and a green one. The others I dont know

I think the best way is to take the harness out, label the oil press sender, water temp, gearbox connectors, and airtemp sender (by removing the connectors etc( put it on the floor. Than wire the microtech in on these parts. The rest of the cables (which dont come from the tranny) can be cut, at least thats what I did. If you need to know the colors of the wires you can do a search and you will find the wire colors. Im pulling my engine one of these days so I can take a look if needed.

I believe that the aux out can also be used for additional injectors or anti lag (I did just forgot wheter the microtech comes with a aux in also.

Regards
rogier
