I am considering buying the microtech dash, but have a few questions.

Does it have a backlight for night driving, and what are the dimensions?

 

The unit is backlit in green.

You should be able to get a good idea of the size from these pictures.

Judging by the pics, id say its 6-8 inches wide, and 3-4 inches tall.

I can tell you for sure in a few weeks when I get mine.

 

It's 5.5" wide and 2.5" tall.

low oil pressure,
battery volts,
and more

they are around the $450au mark, well worth the money,
