Max boost on LTx-8

I have just started reading the programming guide on my microtech after finishing the install. It implies that I can go to 25 pounds of boost but when I bought it I was told that 15 was the max. Which is true?
The rest of this isn't related but what the hell. The install went really well and the car fired with less than 1 second of cranking. Now with the TPS and timing set it is smoooooth! This has been a killer learning experience and now I'm moving on to learning programming. If all goes well, the old RX (formerly an '87 Sport) should be on the road in a couple of weeks . YEE HA!

I thought the stock MAP sensor was only a 2 bar? A 2 bar can only go up to 14.7 psi I belive

So I can run 20 psi with the built in map sensor on the LT-8s? No need to get a 3 bar? In my microtech manual it says the t_map value can "represent engine loads between 25"Hg and 20 psi"

all microtech's from the 15y/o digi 1's have a 25psi map sensor, boost maps to 20psi and anything over that they use the 20psi load point,
