LTX does not come on

I took some time and removed the harness from the frame and pushed to the side to get the engine bay painted and paint the whole car
I did not disconnect any plugs etc just moved the harness to the side

well today I went to turn on the car with the new motor for the 1st time
and the LTX box will not turn on(green light) all the red, orange and yellow wires on the middle harness plug has power(verified with a test light)
I checked all the grounds...nothing.. I even spliced into the black wire and attached a ground to the chassis and nothing.....

any ideas? I'm stumped
I'm going to bring the box to my friend's TII and install the box on his car see if it powers up....If not I'm screwed.lol

ok to Update
She RUNS!!!

But lol I bought the wrong type of timming gun
I need the one with the timming adjustment built in
to set it to 5 degrees

One thing I did notice
The stock OEM way of line'ing the CAS does not work for me it back fires
when cranking......

I did the HitMan's other way and it works
Now I just need to borrow a manuel timming light this saturday
and I'll be set.....

I also got a 4 line Handset yesterday brand new
Love it! I'm getting the hand of it now navigating thru the menus
The ECU has a blinking RED LIGHT
seems the ERROR is the Air Sensor is not getting a reading.... hmmm
I'll have to check the wiring

update soon-----
