LTX-12s fuel issue.

Hey people, i have a peripheral ported N/A 13B Mazda RX7, a '90 Gen II. We have a Mircotech LTX-12s fitted, 4x RC 750 injectors, 4 x Gen3 FD coils. All
sensors are ok and correct, no fault lights on.

I'm having an issue getting the car to fire up. I have set the ECU to the
setting stated in the manual.
Config: 4cyl
Imput trig: + POS
Output: -
Dwell Type: Time
Dwell : 3.25ms
Pump Dwell: 3.50ms

Now when in config and set to test all injectors fire fine and all plugs
have good spark. Timing is set up to stock configuration. And i have good
fuel pressue in the lines. The problem i'm having is when i crank the
engine the injectors arn't firing at all. No fuel is comming out of them.

The ECU was on a 20B n/a before. I was hoping that you may be able to direct
to 'master' reset so i can start over from scratch. Alturnitively is there
a way of telling the injectors to stop firing? maybe something have been
altered by mistake. I do have the dash unit fitted in the car.

Any help would be very much appriciated
