Lt10s timing values ??

Hello all,
looking for some help with my Lt10’s 4x. I had some issues with my tuner unable to set a steady timing value. He tried, the end result was not much. The issue was the timing not “locking”. My set up is a 93 Rx7 for street use, single, large street port, msd coils per plug.
I was told it is a problem with the ecu unit itself. Being the timing values not staying locked in. Any advice with this please.
thanks

The car never gets tuned with locked timing, that is for setting up the CAS on cars with adjustable sensors, like the FC. Not the procedure for an FD, since it is not adjustable. Obviously the timing needs to be verified, but no tuning is done with the timing locked.
