LT10s starting problems

I got a LT10s with 4x on my fc. She has been sitting for a year or so now. got every thing fixed got it to start up and run was running rough but was running. went to start it the yesterday and its not wanting to start. when i got it to start the first time my buddy says it wasnt gitting any fuel so i checked to see if it was getting injectour pulse and it wasnt i hit it with a lil starting fluid and fired right up. when i was starting it yesterday it is seeming to be flooding out. when i pulled the spark plugs where drinched in fuel but i think my buddy might have put to much starting fluid in it. the plugs smell like starting fluid not gas. i think the lt10 is throwing a code but i dont have the LT-series software yet just bought it will take 8-9 days to get in should i wait for it or should i try and get it to run as is?

The only way you can tell is if you plug a hand controller or microtech dongle. The red master light just says theirs a problem. The vacuum hose for the map sensor should be fitted on the intake manifold, if not it Will run rough.
