lt-10s timing and handset help

I have a turboII swap into my na running the lt-10s, or trying to atleast. I am using the basemaps that silverrotor posted. When I check the timing with the timing light the marks are not always present and when the are they jump around. No matter which way I adjust the CAS the timing is just as bad or worse.

Now, on the handset on the data screen where it tells the timing degrees. Mine is at 00° BTDC, and it never changes, under any condition. I believe it should give me something like 5° ATDC. Is this assumption right? Could my CAS be broken or wired incorrectly, the car does start and run...... just like crap.

Thanks
Joe

By the way, anyone have a shop they recommend in the northeast united states region for tuning my lt-10s rx7
