Leans out as soon as you hit the throttle

A buddy and I are tuning my 91 stock turbo FC. Everything is going good except it seems to lean out as soon as the throttle is lightly touched. Anyone experience this when tuning?

Here are some vids to kind of show whats happening.

I figured it out. Secondaries were not coming on. #12 was set to off and it should have been set to on. RPMSTGE i think is what it was called.

You might be right about the secondaries. I got my car back though and it drives superb now with no more problems
