idle issue
I have an s4 13bt with an atkins streetport, turbo is 60-1 and lt-8. I am running 4 750cc inj.( will be upgrading to 1000 secs) with an fd fuel pump (again temporary) I am not trying to run full power, just trying to get it running. I am able to get it to start but dies after 2-4 seconds and fouls the plugs. I have brand new plugs in and I am wondering what to change on the map to help it run better. It is anywhere from 5-15 degress C outside when trying to start it and I have this map uploaded

try this map, remember you have to plug in all these settings not just some of them, and also my timing is set from 0*lock not -5* like factory

Loaded up that map and still it starts up real strong but dies after 2-3 seconds and floods. Had brand new plugs in and couldn't get it to fire again because there was too much gas. Any ideas as to why it's flooding?

Drained tank and replaced fuel filter with new plugs and fresh gas and I can't get it to fire up it just cranks and cranks. I do not currently have my Wideband wired back up would this have an affect on the car starting? Any suggestions? I'm at the point of pulling injectors to have ten tested but until now they haven't given me a single issue and have low miles on them as do the plug wires...

.... have you by chance added an external FPR directly to the output from the stock FPR?
this is a no no
you must remove any original FPR from the circuit as you cannot drop pressure below that of the second FPR base setting

If I am currently runnin 4x750cc would having my stg% at 85% and rpmstg at 1750 have anything to do with it not starting? I am going to play with this a little and see if it helps
make sure your tps is at 0 not + 27 as his map said fuel pressure at 43psi and try it you may have to take about 10-15 % out of mixtrm , if its to lean it will run and stall , check your spark
might pay to put 30-40 mm of 2 stroke oil in to the rotors to lube them up and help compression , if you have been flooding it that badly

when you have 4 injectors same you set stage to 50%
if the value is higher than this the staging transition will be out and also the % factor is added to the UNSTAGED primary fuel injector period
therefore being 85% and not 50 % has this effect-
table value = 1.14 ms
stage value = 50%
then realtime value ( not including coolant and air temp table corrections ) = 1.14 + 0.57 ms
= 1.71 ms at idle
yet,, with 85% stage
1.14 + ( 85% )
= 1.99 ms at idle

you must start your map with stage at 50% and go from there

i changed stg to 50% and moved the mixtrm to -5 and tps to +10 and it fired up, but died after 3-4 seconds. started up a few more times after that but without any progress. I am going to have another look around for any vac leaks..
ok, leave stage at 50 % and now instead use the mix trim to add fuel till it runs
when you know how much fuel that is,, you zero the mix trim and get out the calc and add that % to the idle and vacuum load maps
PS
if you can get the car to run,, stop tuning and keep car running till its up to temps,, then procede with the tune
this will stop you chasing your tail against the coolant map corrections as the car warms

cool,, be sure to add that % ONLY to the idle and load maps in vacuum below the stage threshold
( ie,, if stage is set to zero psi , 3000 rpm,, all the idle and load vacuum maps )
once the motor has staged ( all injectors operational ) then the ECU will ignore the stage %
and the map values will be the same post staging as the original map you have parroted down
ie,, shifting that % stage factor effects only those values up till staging

when its well set up,, it should be closer to 13:1
but some ported engines need to be radically rich to stabilise excessive exhaust gas reversion due to port timing overlaps
be sure you have primary and secondary wired the correct way around

or even injection angle related,, what do you have as data in screen 27 for revs below 2500 ?
