How to hook up LT-10s Ignition output wires

k ya this sounds dumb kind of, but i don't have sufficient information to hook these 3 wires up. 2 question basically

I.
I have no ignition wiring diagrams included with my package. When I emailed Microtech about it, they said to use this
http://www.microtechefi.com/pdf/LTX8...3BTS4-5ign.pdf

Well now i'm finally starting to prep the MT wirings and ****. And i ran in to this problem.
THE WIRES ARE ALL DIFFERENT COLORS!!!

This is the pin out diagram that came with my package.

It's a little blurry, but the pin colors were added in by hand writing. The hand writing reads as follow

Ign Output T2 - Grey\Black
Ign Output T1 - Grey\Red
L1\L2 output - (no color specified, but the wire should be Grey\Blue as that's the only wire left in the ignition module batch)
So the question is, how the hell do i hook this **** up? I know which wire is for what, but how do i wire it up? Which MT wire to which car wire? this leads to the 2nd question

II.
Do i hook it up directly to the igniter, or the coils?
for reference purposes, the difference between coils and igniters

Thanks guys, sorry for the trouble.

oh and another thing, i found the CAS diagram to suck too. the one i provided above has the OEM wires as
Green, Red, White, white\black [4way plug] Green, Red, Yellow, Blue

the OEM diagrams shows only Green, Red, White, Blue. I can kinda figur it out as the green and red matches, and there's a white before the 4way plug, and a blue right after the plug.
