Full power, wont crank!

My car will not turn over! I have full power to everything and the Microtech isn't putting out any errors. I just drove the car about 2 weeks ago and now it wont turn over. I took the starter off and had it checked, and its fine. Would a bad ground, or a bad earth system cause this? Could it be something with my CAS?

The only other things i can think of that it could be are my IGN switch or my neutral safety switch. Any ideas would be great!

Does your engine turn over manually? If it does, make sure your battery terminals are clean.
