Fresh rebuild tuning

okay so i have an engine with not even 100 miles on it now, it wont run at even 1500 rpm without timing advanced to around 20 degrees... it will not run below that, i cant get it to crank using the starter, thus far i have had to roll start it everytime...

my setup is as follows:

S5 front and rear irons
S4 Center Iron
S5 rotors
4 x 550cc injectors
S4 intake
all emissions and etc removed including OMP
free flowing intake and exhaust...

CAS is set correctly, checked 5 times now...

any tips or ideas for tuning? any clue how to get it able to start up by the starter instead of push starting? I tried the Stock TII base map in the sticky of this page and was not fruitful in starting the car, tips/questions/complaints/ideas/anything are all welcomed...

if that isnt bad enough i need to have it semi tuned by tommorrow as i am supposed to be heading to college sunday...

Check your plugs?
What fuel pump are you using? What FPR?
