Fouling out plugs fast

I have a question I have only started my car a few times since my install and rebuild. But since then I have went through 2 sets of plugs now I have heard of ppl driving on there base maps but ummm I dont see how. I can barley get my car to start without killing the battery everytime. I mean once she is up and running its fine I was thinking since the motor is still so low in compression due to me using used housings. But I just wanted some input from someone else if you would thanks.
