Cars Stalls- Can I diagnose using datalogger?

I have an LT-10 for my streetported 87 NA. Lately, the car has picked up the habit of stalling when it should be idling. The TPS has been calibrated. If I datalogged an example of this event, would there be something useful to help diagnose the problem and what should I look for?
