Microtech Can't get Stable Cruise and Acceleration AFRs, please help.

It is very important to know that the AFR is working exactly!

I am gonna get a multimeter today and check the microtech and the AFR gauge. I will let you know how that pans out. If i find that the LC1 is working properly and so is the microtech then I will just get another o2 sensor.
I will be taking my car to a dyno next week as well to try and iron out some of these issues.

I made a picture with my handy cam today – sorry about the quality.
You can see in the left upper corner the AFR display from the LC-1 and the rest you know.
