On a side note Dale

I saw a Holden for the 1st time at the local track here

This guy from the navy imported one from Indonesia

It said Lumina SS but he told me it was really a Holden

Looked like 2002 or 2003 model

BADASS CAR! had a LS1 in it red outside
red leather inside and 17 or 18" wheels

ran a 13.6 stock!
thats the same as our SS comodore, not a bad car, my old man has a S ute, which is a 3.8L Buick V6, nice cars!!

Anthony/Jon,

would love to go tuning in the states, ill see how the budget goes once the car is ready,
i think some smeinars and demos would sell lots of computers,

MMMMM seven Stock!!!

Sevenstock is September 27th and 28th. The 27th is the big day you don't want to miss. This is the car show that is held at Mazda's R&D facilities in Irvine California. Last year there was hundreds of rotaries! They ran out of room on the facilities to park the cars so they started parking them down the street! I don't know what they have planned for the 28th yet. Last year the second day was held at Racing Beat in Anaheim CA. and wasn't all that great. Not many people at all showed up for it as it was ment mainly for people from out of town. Basically it was just a tour of the Racing Beat Facility, and a really good question and answer session was held. They have not said what the second day will be about yet but they said this year is gonna blow last years away.

Hey Rxeng,

What will the sensors cost if sourced from Microtech?

Also if I get all the sensors that I need from Microtech, will they be standard sensors that I can pretty much get anywhere?

You can use your exsisting sensors
and M.T will program it specificaly to read from those sensors

Or you can use GM sensors if you prefer
just make sure you state what sensors you will be using

I understand this. However, I have none of the sensors, and was wondering what Microtech would supply, and what they would run?

Dale I have asked twice on the list and no answers:

1. what is the expected shipping/delivery date once the GB ends?

2. How are the units being packaged so the right map unit gets to the right owner

Will most likely have to wait till the end of the Month
On my next pay period

In case I can't the same or near pricing by that time
I have back up plans with Tim from Australia

Banzai...
The units will take around 3 weeks from the time the group buy ends till the time you will get them.About 2 weeks to have the orders all filled(as most of the units all will be slightly different & running different sensors, different cars, different coils etc) and around 1 week delivery.
I have asked Brandon to clearly print out each guys order with his name & details as well as all the different options or special requests he will be requiring on separate orders. This will ensure everyone gets what they want & don't have any headaches.

Since everyone seems to be asking questions here (and I am away from my work acct that recieves the listserv mails...

1. Should we as a group use laptops or something similar to save all of our setups (base and tuned) so that we can share amongst ourselves?

2. Say I order a base setup for 4x550cc injectors, if I swap out the secondaries to 1000cc does the LT8 auto calculate the difference between sizes in the fuel map?

The microtech will not self compensate for the larger injectors that have been fitted, it dosent know they have been fitted, you will need to adjust the computer,
95% of aftermarket computers are like this,
