Another RPM Error

Just got my engine back form being rebuilt, have not touched the wiring in my car since the last build. There is an Rpm error, causing no spark so i cant even start my new engine. Only thing electrical that has been changed is injectors. Replaced CAS's hoping that was the problem because the wires looked a little frayed. Still have a problem. Took appart the harness and searched the Cas connector wire for damage found none. Heard that it could be interference, so i wrapped that **** in aluminum still no luck. I did a check under config, setting it to 0 it made a clicking sound then returned the rpm error. Any suggestions as to what it could be? It has a GM Coil setup, and I need this engine to start so i can start breaking it in asap.

What do you have a microtech lt10 with x4 box. I would start by checking to see your connections on you coils first make sure their even getting power. Double check you put the crank sensor correctly. You check the configuration so that's one less thing in the equation.
