after start enrichment question.. please help

my car wont hold idle on its own while the engine warms up. instead on sitting in the seat and holding the rpms up, can i adjust the af_ste to a high value (currently at 10% till 5hg)? and what would you guys recommend rasing it to? woudl i need to change the hg setting, or is that a constant? or will changing it cause the af_Ste to run the injectors longer?

You need to adjust the coolant correction, not the AF_STE. But you can only do this after you have the rest of your map tuned.

the maps already tuned... its just when its cold it doenst liek to idle well until the engine gets warm. also i think theres det. at full boost (~12 psi). should i retard the timing, or would that not work...

Don't drive to 12PSI if you are getting detonation unless you want to rebuild the engine. Figure out why you are detonating. What is your timing at 12PSI? A/F ratio?

If the car won't idle until it's warm, then you need to adjust the coolant correction map.

your tuner sucks.... seriously.

find someone who knows what they are doing with your EMS and who knows how to tune a rotary.
