I'm currently installing an MS2 v3.0 in an 96' JDM FD, and want to make sure I'm wiring up my ignition coils right. I believe this is what you use with an FC:

Leading Coil: IAC2A (LED D14, Spark Output A)
Trailing Coil: IAC1A (LED D16, Spark Output B)
Trailing Coil Select: IAC1B (LED D15, Spark Output C)

But the FD coil pack works a little differently, it has 2 seperate trailing ignition coils instead of a switching one, now I found this in the MS3 manual:

It says to use Spark Output A for the leading coil, C for the front trailing coil and D for the rear trailing coil. This manual is for an MS3, but does the same apply for the MS2 v3.0? I am able to select FD output mode in the tunerstudio software, but I'm obviously not able to select MS3X spark hardware.

 

I will have to double check but I believe ms2 does not work that way, it uses outputs a, b, and c.
