Where is my bad ground

Mega squirt came up fine with stim after completion. All LEDs were lit on pcb and 3 on stim, but apparently the battery was weak. It died in just a few minutes. Put plug in adapter on stim, and now nothing. Polarity is correct. I have power all over the board, but there is a bad ground that is not showing itelf. LEDs have power, but not grounding. Transistors q6, q7, and q8 are grounded at terminal 1. Jumped the LED negative to power supply and it lit.

Update!!! While checking voltages, I bumped D7to the near leg of D15. I2 on the stim lit. So for kicks, I jumped D5 to the near leg of D15 lighting I1. Now to look at schematics to see if they have a common ground.
