F$%K I hate the server on this site, I just typed a whole long reply and it got lost because it loaded too friggin slow.
Anyways, Muy... I tried relocating the cas, restabbing, reburning the firmware, moved the cas wiring as far away from anything that can induce voltage and even tried switching sparkplug wires to see if anything made a difference on this cas noise issue, nothing worked. I tried making sthe suggested changes to the msq and that didn't work either. The computer is good, because when I swapped mine in, the same exact problem persisted. I'm out of ideas, any suggestions are welcome. Oh and I don't have a way to load my log file up for you to look at. but when it spikes, its always spiking low, not high. not sure who that is, but its like it goes down to zero when it does.

sounds like it might be losing sync. There aren't many things that can cause that, One thing that can cause it is having the VR polarity backwards.
Where do you have the MS grounded?
You should have one end of the shield grounded. If you have 2 end grounded, or no grounding at all, the shield won't do anything.

kk, this was stupid, but reversing the polarity worked. Thank you very much muy. I guess when stevensimon was messing with stuff and switching around the cas wires in the connector, he must have not switched them back. It works now, I gotta go drive it to see if the damn thing pings still. I will keep you posted.
