Trouble Starting: Please sanity check my tune

OK, I'll try to keep this brief:

My Situation: Have everything assembled and together. It's a race car so I only have the bare bones and I completely redid all wiring and all the recommended GM sensors etc.
I got it started and could make it run steady (although not idle). I could start it and run it in my garage all day, and then at the end of the day I let it sit for maybe an hour and now it won't start. Starter motor turns but it won't even attempt to catch. I let it sit for another 24 hours thinking it was just a hot start issue but no dice. It won't catch at all. I cleaned the plugs several times to no effect.

I am attaching my MSQ file. If anyone who knows anything could take a look, maybe I have something totally off? Or maybe just what I should be looking at? I would be eternally grateful.

Engine Info:
Large street port 13b.
GSL-SE motor with S4 intake.
individual LS coils
Primary Injectors: 420cc rx8 yellow
Secondary Injectors: 420cc rx8 yellow
LC-2 Wideband mounted in RB racing header

Items of note:
I have it wired for GM TPS but haven't managed to get it mounted: Signal wire jumped to ground so it reads zero.
When I removed the plugs the fronts are fine (not burnt or wet) but the rears have been getting wet/black.

MS Info:
MS2 V3.0
Firmware MS2/Extra 3.4.2

Any input would be massively appreciated.

**Also, if you are reading this and you are a tuner in SE Pennsylvania, or you are in the area and you are even moderately competent with megasquirting rx7s I will absolutely pay $$ to have someone help me out!

Sincerely,

Massively Frustrated.

are the plugs wet when you take them out?
hows it start on the first start?
When you say it runs all day long, does it run strong or like ****?

I cant say for sure that these things are wrong for your setup but
I would set squirts per cycle to 2
your staged injectors are probably on at idle, I wouldn't bring them in till a higher load.
turn off EGO till you get other things working.
Id turn the ASE stuff off also.

Thanks for taking a look.

1. Yes the plugs are wet when I take them out, but I only checked when it wasn't starting anymore and I was cranking for a bit. So perhaps this could be expected.

2. On the particular day in question, it was starting up fairly readily. Maybe just a bit of initial hesitation.

3. When I say it ran, the car is up on jack stands so not driving around, but it would run pretty smoothly and I could feather the throttle to adjust RPM. It wouldn't idle but I could keep it at ~1000 rpm with my foot on the gas. I would have it running for maybe 2-3 minutes at a time before turning it off to make adjustments. It was running pretty lean according to the wideband output on the MS (around 18-20 AFR). This is why I actually lowered the threshhold on my secondaries. I thought maybe the 420 primaries couldn't get enough fuel out.

4. I turned the EGO and ASE on to try and get the AFR down. Maybe this isn't the right strategy. But I will say, when I gave the throttle a decent blip the AFR would momentarily come down around 13-14.

5. As for the squirts per cycle. I thought it basically had to be 1 per cycle simultaneous, as apposed to 2 alternating, since the primaries are both on one channel and the secondaries on another. Maybe this is why it's so lean?

One more question: I did notice my starter is only cranking at ~200 RPM. I thought it was always closer to 300 before? Maybe I just wore out my starter with the constant cranking trying to get the thing tuned? (I always have rx7 jumpered to my running BMW so voltage is always 12-13.5V)

Thanks for the input!
