After putting everything back together I notice i've got a real lag in my throttle response. I've recalibrated my tps but still seem to have a noticable lag between throttle actiavtion and engine response. I'm using TPS for my accell trigger. The lag is probably between .5 and 1.0 seconds at its worst. I am wondering if I should switch to the HR code since I am now running 700cc primaries. My req_fuel is @ 7.5 but if I used the calc to determin req_fuel I get a value of 5.5, I've not tried this value since it seems to be extremely rich.

Any suggestions ?

 

I was reviewing my logs from my short drive last night and I see my idle map is around 40 kpa and my idle pw show 2.4 - 2.6 this is really long opening time considering the size of my primaries is it not ? This was with a really rich idle 11 - 12 AFR. I think it just goes to show how out of wack my tuning is.

 

many things can affect throttle response too...

I generally have to tinker with VE, advance, and accel enrichments to get good response.
