I finally got a chance to wire up my ms last night. Everything seems to be working. When I spin the CAS by hand i get spark but when I try to crank the engine I don't. Any ideas? The coils is getting power though the main relay and so is my ms. So there is power going to the ms and coils during cranking.

 

when you crank it do you see the rpms go up to their cranking value? around 200-300 rpms?

In almost every case I've seen this it's related to noise.

It's also possible that you have one or both of the VR sensors wired backwards, as that causes some weird behavior sometimes as well (including making the shield around the wire not work).

 

I had a problem with the rpm values till i grounded the shielding sleeve for my VR wires. Now I'm seeing an rpm values of just slightly under 200. I grounded the shielding on the ecu side and didnt ground it at the CAS side.

Okay I figured out my problem. In case anyone run into anything like it. I had my IGT-T and IGT-L reversed. I should have labeled my wires better when I was making my harness.
After I fixed that problem my engine fired right up. I used the msq file rex4life posted up to start the engine.
