s4 trailing coil

i did my first test on my 87 turboII and found out that by connecting the trailling coil with the diagram on the faq only the #2 coil fired but after switching the wires around by the way im using the v2 board , i hooked up the Br/Y to led 19 and L/Y to led 18 and they both fired. but the other way only one, is to late right now but
i will check to see if the coils are firing the way they are supposed to be

i was just wondering if any body can help me with this because im really stumped
it may be that i have the settings wrong but i set the up exactly like on the faq

The best thing to do is to check the FSM. I double checked the FSM and am pretty sure it's correct as far as the ECU plugs go, but I'm not sure about the wire colors.

im getting frustrated with this i really need this car on the road again so if anyone can help
me more deatiled starting with the settings im willing to pay if i have to

Just wire it so they work. I'll have to see if the NA and T2 manuals differ.

got it the way u have it works fine i just had to reinstall the ms code on my chip
for some reason it started to actup so i just rebooted and it worked fine

one thing that i noticed is that at sertain vaccum point there is no spark on the trailing
is untill i tap the throttle that they fire its that the way it is or is it a setting that i have to adjust?

I think the default split map has -10's in some areas, which disables the trailing completely. Check to see that you've re-entered the split data properly, and that might sort out the issue.
