You can use the stock IAT and CLT with a simple resistor swap and firmware reflash on MS1, or just a sensor recalibration on MS2. However I always recommend that people go with the standard GM sensors due to their minimal cost, ubiquity and newness compared to 24 year old stock stuff.

TPS?
You can use the stock TPS, or mount up a full range TPS (such as a Ford or GM unit). The advantage of the full range TPS is that you have more tunability if using TPSdot for accel enrichment.

Yes, but you can't use the Megasquirt to control it. If you intend to use an idle valve, you will need to retrofit a 2nd gen BAC or another two wire PWM valve (found on many, many, many vehicles).

should i use the relay board?
I've never found it necessary.

If you are ordering a V3.57, you want an MSII processor and the Zeal daughtercard. The daughtercard contains the VR circuit you will need as well as several extra outputs. With the 3.57 you don't have a prototype area to install this stuff as you normally would on the V3.0.
