It's running now, could have had it a few days ago if I hadn't been so careless. Anyway, I'm going to try to get the timing nailed down perfect and get the idle tuned tomorrow.
Thanks for the help guys.

Having run a wire from pin 31 to my leading ignitor, and rewiring my pin 27 and 29 wires, and discarding the pin 25 wire, I now have spark! In fact when I tested it, my engine popped and wanted to run! So all I have to do now is set my base timing and finish all my looming and it should run.

Glad to hear you have spark, sounds like you are ready to run. The thorough work you are doing is paying off!

Well, I had it running last night and today. I however could not see my leading marks with the timing light. They weren't even showing up, and it was idling very rough. It's got to be a setting in the wheel decoder, but I can't figure out what it is. I'm set to 1,3,7,9 with 60 degree trigger angle. CAS is stabbed on 3rd tooth clockwise from my gap.
I had a fuel leak I had to fix, and by the time I put the upper manifold back on, it wouldn't even run at all, so I have to figure that out.

Leave the CAS loose, and as soon as it starts, rotate the CAS to get the timing marks in view. If you can't bring the marks in line, shut down, and re-stab.
