outputs

i have a ? about how to built the output circuits manuals/MS_Extra_Hardware_Manual.htm#outputs lets start the emitter goes to gnd, base to (x4 output 1 or x5 output 2) and the collector to whatever pin that you select on the db37 or supply 12v to a banded side of a 1n4002 and from the non banded side of the diode to the collector lead and from the collector lead to the pin that you select on the db37.thanks

witch way its the right one
emitter =gnd
base =to x4 or x5 with a 1k resitor
collector =to the output or
emitter=gnd
base= to x4 or x5 with a 1k resitor
collector= supply 12 volt to the banded side of the 1n4002 diode and from the nonbanded side of the diode to the collector led and from the collector led to the output. thanks

Emittor goes to ground.

Collector goes to whatever pin on the DB37 you are using.

The kickback diode goes between the collector and 12V, with the banded end (anode) at 12V.
