no stock tach or trailing after install.

I got my car fired up today, but the stock tach isnt workin so i assume the trailing arent firing, it was late when i was tryin so ill check for actual spark tomorrow but i doubt its there

its a S5 13bt with MS2 v3, I just flashed it to the 3.0 firmware and have zeal daughter board. I went over all the instructions and my wiring for the zeal board everything should be good with that.i went over my wiring for CAS ,im goin to have double check the coil wiring tomorrow. i've been working on this for 10 hours straight after work today, its driving me nuts not knowing what it is. Im so close I cant wait to start tuningso i can drive my baby again

should I have only used 1k pull-up resistors on the LED's like it says here???
http://www.diyautotune.com/tech_arti...zda_fc_rx7.htm

also everywhere i read it says to jump the tsel to vrout, in A-cakes writeup he said to jump the tsel to vrout/in so thats what i did.
should it be to the vrout with the 2+ firmware?

anyone have any ideas where to look tomorrow???

Probably just a wiring mistake.

1K pullup resistors should be fine, though traditionally 4.7K is used.

You can jump VR any way withe MSII because you can select inverted/non-inverted via software.

I did use the 4.7k pullup resistors, i wasnt sure if not using the 1k was causing problems.

I got everything working right today and running good. I started working on getting it tuned i almost had it idling then i had to leave, hopefully i can start working on the low load around town tomorrow

I had the trailing timing signal on the ecu plug wrong
