Ms3x Large Streetport will not start

Hey guys Ill start out with a little history. I have a 91 Rx7 that i purchased modified with a ms3x. The car was running/driving when I purchased it, and has sat in my garage for a year while I did the upgrades. I immediately dove in to replaced the bad wiring job from the ms3x install. I honestly dont know how the car ran as good as it did. Anyways, I found out during the rewire that the T66 turbo was grinding the housing, so I replaced it with a BW s362. Meanwhile, the only thing that i have changed in the settings were correcting the IGN-A1 coils pinouts and injector pinouts. Meaning, the wiring and fuel should have stayed the "exact" same, and therefore should have idled. I also tried to make sure that I followed Aaron Cake's program, which is what i tried to start the car with. What i havent done is go back to the original program and attempt a start (would need to change fire order from po wiring). I will attach both my msq and my log and would appreciate if someone would take a look. I am a newb at megasquirt, but have been trying to learn it for a year. I am also a electrical technician by trade so i know my way around a meter.

On to the symptoms: The car will crank and attempt to start. A couple times it sounds like its running, then instantly dies as soon as i let go of the key. I also have egt sensors that are wired into the ms3x that don't seem to be working correctly. On cranking for a minute or so, the front rotor egt goes up to around 110*F, while the rear egt stays at ambient 70*. They both have been tested and work correctly. If anyone could help me, i would appreciate it. I was so excited to get this going for spring, but hit this roadblock of disappointment. Below are the mods that my car has if that will help. I can attach a video of startup attempt if needed.

Um, for some reason I can't see injector PW in those logs (it's a flat line for both duty and PW) however going by the AFRs, if they are correct, every time the engine starts it is very lean.

I would suggest exporting the fuel tables from the map that worked and importing them into the new map.

Also, it sat for a year. So all the fuel injectors MUST be verified working. Preferably flow tested and cleaned. I have done the bad injector dance so may times.

Aaron thank you so much for replying. Ill address each in the order that they were listed.
I also noticed the pw not moving even when we attempted to push start the car this weekend. I dont know what to do in that situation.
The lean condidtion is based on the lc1 controller running lean until fuel is introduced into the system. I hate the lc1 and may move to aem uego soon.
The maps are the ones used from the previous owner. No changes there. I also downloaded your base map msq tune and tried it with all my controller settings. With that, it wouldnt even attempt to fire.
And lastly, I went through the full fuel system in the last month. Even cleaned out the injectors myself. Even in test mode, each injector fires great.
I feel like my main issue is the pulse width and duty. It kicks over like its going to run but as soon as i let off the key it dies instantly. I feel like this is because of no gas from the injectors for some odd reason.
Im still searching for answers...

So you aren't seeing any injector activity at all when you try and start the car? Hence PW and duty flat lining?

Do you see RPM?

The only thing I can think of that will show zero injector activity is lack of RPM signal.

I figured it out. I went back and checked everything that i had added. Found that i put psi in over boost setting and screwed myself from the start. Converted to kpa's and fired right up. Guess i need to pay more attention to the units required.
Thank you for the help. I also may send you another pm soon about another question i have. Thanks again.

Ha! That's a suggestion I used to make but since it was never the cause I gave up. Going back into your map I can see the wrong values. Didn't even occur to me to check.

Always best to go back to only basic settings when dealing with an issue like this. Save out the map then turn EVERYTHING off but fuel, spark and the cooling fan then see how it runs.
