MS2/V3 Semi-Sequential Injection

I've been doing a little reading up on this, and, please correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems that it basically amounts to giving the injections a consistent timing during the engine cycle, as opposed to allowing it to change every time power is cycled. This would be on a rotary with staged injection & the V3's 2 injector channels.

I'm looking into setting this up, and currently have 4 injections/cycle selected so that I get one to correspond with each intake event. If I turn on and start using sequential injection with staged injection on, then it'll basically just be anchoring these 4 primary injections/cycle to a given crank angle instead of allowing them to float around. Will sequential even work with 4 injections/cycle?

Ultimately, I'd like to free up the other 2 PWM channels on the MS2 chip to be able to run fully sequentially (either with JBperf's peak & hold injector board, or just building a replica of the existing board elsewhere). This would allow me to only do 2 squirts/cycle, increasing the individual PW's on my primary injectors at idle & very low load, since I am running pretty close to the opening time on them right now. However, this brings up another couple of questions...
Would the primary injectors be wired to channels 1 & 2, with 3 & 4 being staged?
Currently there are 2 banks of injector characteristics, could those still be applied?
Would each injector have its own functioning trim table if they are staged?

Thanks a lot!

You can't use semi-seq/seq on the ms2 and rotary trailing ignition at the same time. They use the same timers.
