Megasquirt MOV1 touches case, just bend it down?

MOV1 touches case, just bend it down?
So in test fitting my ms2 v3 in the case I found that MOV1 touches the case. Is it ok to just bend it down so it does not touch the top case or any other components? Is there a specific measurement it has to be away from the case? Thanks and sorry for the silly question

I bent mine down as well; just enough to clear the case
