Losing sync badly

Hi guys been awhile since I last posted on here. Got my turbo fc working on ms2 with 2.1.0 code, however I have reall bad syncing issues! I have input settings as per Aaron cakes update (not settings in his write up) and have verified base timing at -5. I have modified the second vr conditioner as per Kens FAQ. Here is a picture of megalog viewer showing sync loss. It happens at idle but mostly at load.
Any help is greatl appreciated
Thanks guys

Oh i've also got shielded mic cable as well

That look slike a dropout of a VR signal.

Make sure the shielded cable is grounded at the ECU end only.

Check the condition of all the wiring, especially the CAS plug.

You will also want to make sure the ground configuration is correct for all other grounds. So the MS should be grounded to the engine, and the engine should be grounded to the chassis. All ground points should be nice and clean, and the battery grounds to the strut tower and the starter should also be clean and undamaged.

Finally, the 2nd trigger conditioner circuit should have a .01uF cap across G+ and G-, and should be set up in zero-crossing mode instead of with an RC timer circuit on pin 14 (just ground pin 14).
