Keep losing tach signal

Hi All,
Building an MS2 V3 w/ Zeal and boost mod kit. Also have a JimStim, tested fine per the assembly instructions. I then used the capacitor trick for getting the 2nd VR to work, again, tested fine. The cap is wired inline between the 2nd Trigger pin and 12B on the X2 header block (that's how I saw it done on someone's post).

When going through my initial setup using DIYAuto Tune's page, http://www.diyautotune.com/tech_arti...zda_fc_rx7.htmI lose the ability to read an RPM signal from the JimStim. IIRC, this also happened on the 2.?? version of MSE using Megatune, so I switched to TunerStudio and downloaded the latest code.

I also cannot import a VE table, while the other ones from Aaron Cake's site were OK. No biggie I guess.

Is there a way to reset all the settings in one shot via Tuner Studio so I can go step by step and see where I lose RPM? Or do I have to reflash the firmware?

MSQ attached. Rename the file to remove the ".zip", it is not a real zip file.
