Just Double Checking

I had my Megasquirt being tuned by another person and the car ran decently, but it died above 3/4 throttle. I checked all the settings and found that the TPS calibration settings were from 60 to 225 ohms. When I checked the actual TPS on the car it read from 60 to 255 ohms and the 225 ohm point was the 3/4 throttle measurement.

So my question is, would the Megasquirt I software extrapolate fueling needs from that point (225 to the real 255) or would the software just shut off the fuel at the 3/4 throttle or 225 ohm point?

Just trying to understand how the wrong TPS settings would translate out in real life.

With speed density the tps is part of the calculation but only a small percentage. If you use the alpha-n it really relies on the the tps.

Using Alpha N, so that explains it. Thanks a bunch.
