Megasquirt Ignition Options settings when Fuel Only?

Ignition Options settings when Fuel Only?
Running Microsquirt on 12A, OEM igniton want to start with Fuel Only first.
Want to know how to set the Ignition Options table
In Ignition Options, Spark Mode I select "Fuel Only". But what about Skip Pulses, Ignition Input Capture, Number of Coils, Cam Input, and Flip Polarity On Cam?
I have connected to negative side of the Leading coil to trigger Microsquirt. Do I need a resistor inline on this trigger wire?
Initially the engine started twice briefly and now won't start. For those starts it had an RPM signal but now doesn't get a RPM signal

Nevermind got help from DIYAutotune the R20 resistor was bad. Sent the Microsquirt back to them and they returned it the following week all fixed. Now time to tune!
