my car isnt so great at starting when cold and if it runs for more than 30 min at a time and i shut it off then i cant get it to start at all till it cools off again. it will get right to the edge of starting but not get that final push to run on its own. is this something i can fix with the MS? its a new motor with less than 20 miles on it but ive have rebuilds before and they have never acted like this.. this MS is new with this motor. any suggestions?

 

I would suggest you datalog a cold start, then datalog a hot start to verify the AFR. You may have to adjust your cranking fuel settings to get it to start.

My cranking table:
40* - 10.0 (I don't know that I've started this cool before)
60* - 8.0
80* - 8.0
100* - 7.5
130* - 6.0
160* - 5.5
