high idle on megasquirt and low on stock ecu?

what would cause this? on stock ecu it used to idle at a stead 850-950rpms. as soon as i swap in megasquirt it idles at 1,000rpm- sometimes at 1,500rpms.

well the BAC valve is hooked up like stock form. all i did was swap in zems and thats it. i did notice at start it revs up to bout 2k and gradually comes down. but sometimes just stays at 1,500rmps

also idk if this is the same but cranking it takes a while for it to start, any suggestions? THANX ALOT MUYTHAIBXR!!

If it's taking a while to start on crank, then adjust the cranking pulse widths...

If it's idling high on the ZEMS then you probably just want to lower the warm duty in the PWM idle settings.
