High Compression Rotors/Timing

Hey guys, I got a map from a friend who's running BDC's timing map on a stock T2... anyway I was wondering how much timing retard I should be running in compensation for S5 N/A rotors? (9.7-1 I think) I also have a 1/3 BP (5th/6th ports), streetported 3-4ports and a stock T2 center iorn.

^^Obviously, these are words of wisdom, lol

Good question, because this would be beneficial to me as well, but only a street-ported turbo setup
