Great Spark but No Fuel MS1 V3 Board

Hi There

I am using MS1 on a V3 Board, pull up resistors, CAS with two missing teeth, Firm wear O29y4, low impedance injectors (Standard Mazda Stuff).

I rebuilt the engine for a new racing season and stab the CAS.

Spark is good and at the right time 3Deg BTDC this would indicate that the CAS is doing its job. Fuel pressure is at 44 PSI, new hi flow fuel filter and fuel pump. I do not have a mechanical issue. Test indicates it is in the operation of the injection of the fuel. Injectors are new. The resistor pack for the injectors is new and has a proper 12V power supply.

When I try to start it Craning RPM is 259, PW 1 is at 11.9 and Duty Cycle is at 4%. On the lap top screen.
After cranking for about 10 seconds I pull my plugs and they are bone dry no even the smell of fuel.

The program I am using is the same from the last racing season no changes at all and it ran non stop all season.

Is there a procedure to test the primary injectors with the Megasquirt in place (I have access to the MS box it is rubber mounted to the floor of the race car?

Thanks
In advance Kim

False Alarm

I went to hook up a test injector off of a wire connection on the car for the primary injectors and found that the wires were pulled back on the harness. So I made the repair and it fired up after about 5 seconds of cranking. Wires must have been pulled on the engine swap. OOPS I was right though not mechanical it was electrical. LOL

Thanks for being at the ready.

Best Regards
Kim
