ive searched but havnt turned anything up. I was wanted to use my MS with my s5 engine but curious if i could just leave the stock ignition hooked up on the ecu and use the tach sig for the MS to run fuel only? MS is a v 2.2. i am looking to build the vr circuit to handle ignition but was wanted to get it running asap.

 

nvm i found the answer in the 2nd gen section. just in case anyone else searches for this or something you can leave the stock ignition if you don't have the circuits for MS to accept ignition inputs. just use the - terminal on the trailing i think just like you would in an FB or something.

 

You'll also need to add the coolant and water temp sensor for the 'Squirt (much easier then piggyback). Tap the TPS signal from the stock setup.
