I have tried searching for answers, but have not come to a definate answer. I am looking at getting the Megasquirt II with the v 3.57 board for my S5 TII. I found the following guide online which differs slightly from what i have read on this site:

i was wondering if this is an adequate setup without modifing the CAS. Also, i was wondering if anyone had a write up with pics of how to modify the CAS.

If another version of the Megasquirt Ecu is better to use or one of the avaliable boards is better to use for the TII please let me know.

 

Please read the sticky(s) at the top of this forum. The info you linked is pretty much obsolete. It was accurate when no alternative firmware existed (see http://www.msextra.com ) which does very successfully manage a rotary with unmodified CAS. You will need an additional circuit to decode the second CAS wheel, there are several ways to do that, all equivalent in performance and ability.
