I think I figured it out. I think my condenser is bad. Checked it with my ohmmeter and absolutely nothing. Flipped it around and still nothing.

All the manuals say .27-.30 microfarads. Just received one listed for an 80 (same specs). Supplier says this is a direct replacement. It reads that it is a .5 microfarad. Will this work, or do I need to worry about buring up the ignitors and coils?

 

guess I forgot to mention, it is a stock 12a turbo with distributor. Megasquirt II v3.0 is running fuel only

 

It took a while, but I found one. Intermotor JC59 is a .27 microfarad. Mallory 400 and 401 will also work, both are .30 microfarad.
