GA boost controller help

I am putting a boost controller on my 12A turbo. The controller is a Denso unit that Subaru uses. Anybody know how I can find out the solenoid frequency so that I can finish programming my ECU

Is is just a solenoid?

Most solenoids like between 15 and 40 Hz.

The easiest thing would be to start at a low frequency, make a run too see how it responds to duty cycle, then up the frequency a little and try again. Somewhere before the solenoid stops responding well is the best frequency.

But I'm betting if you set it to 19.5 Hz it will work fine.
